They named a side street after her. A faceless byway in an industrial zone on the outskirts of Bonn, Germany. Nothing about that street bespeaks the unimaginable tragedy that happened there. Even today, nobody wants to talk about how “little Hitlers” still walk free in Germany.

Güzin Kar is a Swiss screenwriter, director and a graduate of the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy. Her films received numerous awards like the Swiss Film Award and the Director’s Prize at the Max Ophüls Festival Saarbrücken. Her series SEITENTRIEBE/MONOGAMISH for Swiss television sold worldwide and won the European Script Award.
