Italy 2012, 25 min, No Dialogue

Mysterious metal arms penetrate and feel their way into a mysterious, pulsating space. The medical robot “Da Vinci” is filmed in action, inside a patient’s abdominal cavity, which resembles an otherworldly landscape. A team of expert surgeons operates it remotely: cutting, cauterizing, sewing, and even doing a little dance.
