Israel 2024, 14 min, Hebrew, Hebrew & English subtitles

Issachar is chiseling stones in the yard of the house he built and where the whole family lives. His daughter is trying to understand why she doesn’t live there, while he is busy with his love for stones and his memories of the construction process with his sons helping him. He does not remember her help during construction, nor the reason for her absence. The father drifts to his memories of his home in Afghanistan but does not remember his daughter’s attempts to return home, which provokes her protest. A protest that for a moment, makes him stop and see her for the first time.
