Israel 2010, 70 min, Hebrew, Hebrew subtitles
“60-year-old women look amazing today. They’re thin. Facelifted. Organized. Financially set. Botoxed. Dressed to the nines and lonely. I am, too. At 64 (when I produced this film), having exhausted my “fix me up with someone” channels, I turned to online dating sites and found plenty of men there.
I shed 10 kg and looked good, so I decided to post some sexy photos of myself on dating sites. I received 325 messages from men ranging from 30 to 70 years old and embarked on a dating journey in Israel and overseas—a journey I filmed. I had no fear. Everyone—women and men alike—is looking for love.
I’m a divorced woman with two sons. After meeting many men in Israel and overseas and not finding my Mister Big, I went on an amazing cruise from California to the Gulf of Mexico with my friend Dorit. We joined a group of single American men. We had a blast.”
